一、盤管整體及支撐框架結構均采用SUS304不銹鋼材料，盤管壽命長。 不銹鋼盤管均由臺灣杰美利公司位于新竹竹北的工廠制造，均由SUS304不銹鋼帶連續卷焊而成，可根據現場空間定制規格制造。使用壽命較一般鍍鋅盤管長，在適宜的槽內水質條件下，使用壽命可超過30年。 二、動態傳熱，換熱系數更高，融冰效率更高。 配合內循環泵，蓄冰及融冰過程中傳熱系數更高，瞬間放冷速率更高。蓄冰盤管中冰水對流熱傳，可達到快速與完全溶冰效果。本蓄冰槽設計上亦可冰水側、鹵水（乙二醇溶液側）雙向進行溶冰，融冰速率超過30%，解訣一般內融冰蓄冰槽溶冰效率不良之缺點。 三、結冰率大 動態蓄冰槽盤管排列整膺，結冰率（Ice packing factor , IPF ）高達75 ％以上，最大限度節省冰槽所占空間，蓄冰槽所需空間小。 四、水平蛇形盤管，安裝及維修所需高度空間更小，安裝及維護空簡最省 標準產品盤管按500mm高度一個模組，可現場垂直組合，從而只需要0.6m的槽頂部高度來安裝以及維修，避免因槽頂安裝空間大浪費建筑空間，以及普通盤管實際上不能維修的問題。 五、系統設計簡單方便 規格化定型蓄冰槽，密閉式鹵水（乙二醇）系統，水平盤管也可根據場地選擇槽體的尺寸進行匹配客戶定制規格，蓄冰系統設計最簡便。 六、適用于各類型場所 動態蓄冰槽儲冰效率高，可適用于各類型蓄冰主機，蓄冰槽可以選擇長方形、圓柱體、筏基式，可根據場地定制槽體尺寸。 七、可采用抑制性處理后的鹵水（乙二醇） 盤管材質為不銹鋼，管內部腐蝕性低，顧而可以采用經過腐蝕抑制性處理后的鹵水（乙二醇），可降低采購進口品牌腐蝕抑制性乙二醇的成本。 八、標準槽采用不銹鋼槽體，內部結構件也全部采用不銹鋼，耐用性高 不銹鋼槽體，提供長期使用，安全可靠，最符合經濟效益。 九、保溫性強，減少熱損失 配合高濕度氣候條件，動態儲冰槽加強保溫厚度，減少槽體結露滴水現象，并可減少儲冰熱損失，節約能源。 ＋、配合再冷卻盤管、適用低溫送風系統 動態蓄冰槽溶冰速度快，配合雙向融冰的再冷卻盤管，內融冰盤管即可提供3 ～5 ℃ 低溫冷凍水，適合應用于低溫送風系統，節省冰水流量，降低20 ％水泵馬力，減少送風量，縮減風管管徑，縮小空調機房，增加建筑樓層高度等多項優點。 1 .
